Hillview is situated approximately 1 mile from Peebles High Street. As the name suggests it has spectacular views of the Peebles hills.

 Hillview is spacious and can accommodate a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 8 persons.

Groundfloor has 2 bedrooms - 1 double and 1 twin. There is a large lounge with a dining area, fully equiped kitchen with breakfasting area. The patio doors open out to the secluded garden. Large bathroom  with bath and shower. Utility room that has washing and drying facilities.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms each with ensuite facilities, 1 double and 1 twin. For the little ones a cot and high chair are available.

There is free private parking. The large garage is ideal for secure mountain bike storage

Gas central heating, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Fridge Freezer, Television, DVD player, Video Recorder, Hairdryer are all available.

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Smoking is only permitted in the garden!

The garden  is secluded with views over  to Glentress.  The summer house catches the late evening sunshine.

Hillview offers either a quiet retreat to explore and enjoy  Peebles, Edinburgh and the Scottish Borders or the flexibility to enjoy a family gathering.

With many golf courses including Peebles, West Linton, Innerleithen and Cardrona close by, this house is an ideal base for a golfing holiday in the Scottish Borders.

River Tweed Salmon Fishing Parties are welcome.  Home catering can be arranged.
